Ideal candidates will have:Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targetsA people-first approach—you're outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestylePrevious membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus, but not essentialRoster & FlexibilityThis isn't your standard 9-5—it's a dynamic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry.This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between opening hours, including some weekends and public holidays.
Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.Note: Only candidates eligible to commit to a permanent full-time contract will be considered.
