**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

On behalf of our client, we require an experienced Site Project Administrator required for remote location in the Northern Territory. This role is offered on a 2/1 roster, 12 hour days.

Some of the duties assigned to (but not limited to) this role include:

- Coordinate compilation and distribution of Daily Construction Report and reconcile daily Labour and Equipment Force reports
- Coordinate and disseminate site notices and communications
- Issue Person In Charge communications and update Principal Contractor sign boards accordingly
- Assist personnel with Expense submissions as required
- Monitor and stock site PPE, office stationery and kitchen/crib room consumables
- Site Aconex/Document control support including managing/maintaining site drawing files

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent internal project customer focus and able to consistently meet the project needs.
- Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment and assists others with adapting to change.
- Able to work effectively in the project team, and share and transfer knowledge within the team.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of document control systems/processes (experience using Aconex desirable).
- Previous exposure to SAP and InFlight
- Demonstrated experience in a broad administrative role is essential.
