**About The Position**

Terra Mining are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator for our Binduli project located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Working as part of our diverse, dynamic, and driven team, you will provide support to the site management and delivery of information and data in a timely fashion.

Working an 8&6 roster, the Site Administrator's day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to being:

- Providing full administrative support to the project
- Ensuring document control processes are adhered to and completed
- Assist with the mobilisation of crews including flight and accommodation booking
- Ensuring time sheets are processed accurately and submitted to payroll on time
- General data entry, maintaining fuel register and reconciliation, maintaining pre-start information including machine usage (hours / km) defects and machine critical history collection and management
- Generation of monthly reports for the management team
- Other general administration and site duties

**What You Will Bring**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a **Site Administration** role or significant experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of mining projects is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation
- High level of time management, organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the business
- Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Current C Class drivers' licence
