We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our telepsychiatry practice.

As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our telepsychiatry service, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering collaborative relationships with our team of experienced psychiatrists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Practice Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the telepsychiatry practice, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and coordination of virtual consultations.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to administrative staff, ensuring efficient teamwork, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Patient Care: Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction by ensuring prompt and compassionate communication, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and monitoring overall service quality.
- Collaboration with Psychiatrists: Serve as a liaison between the administrative team and our group of experienced psychiatrists, facilitating effective communication, scheduling, and coordination of care.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of care, data security, and confidentiality in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and effective utilization of telehealth platforms and software, ensuring seamless virtual consultations and efficient practice management.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth and expansion of our telepsychiatry service.

**Qualifications and Expectations**:

- Proven experience in a practice management role, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical administration and telehealth operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and the internal team.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Proficiency in practice management software and telehealth platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient practice operations.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to professional growth and staying updated with industry advancements.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills. Additionally, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages personal and professional development.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
