**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client is currently at the forefront of the fast-growing clean energy market and is looking to expand their team by filling a variety of roles across Western Australia, all on family-friendly rosters.

The role of Principal Aboriginal & Heritage Officer will require someone who identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. With an immediate start, this role will be based in Perth with occasional travel to various sites within the Western Australia region.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years of experience within the Heritage and Engagement space
- Respectful approach to working with Indigenous peoples from various communities
- Impeccable interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Ability to support confidence and encourage motivation in community members
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
