Our operations span sugar production, ethanol manufacturing, and renewable energy generation, positioning us as a key contributor to a greener future.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Information Management projects to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead a variety of business improvement initiatives, with a focus on systems and data management, including document management systems.
Experience with SharePoint, SAP DMS or similar platforms will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT and business improvement projects, particularly in the Information Management domain.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders at all levels.Support business analysts in translating business requirements into IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed.Requirements5+ years of proven experience managing corporate projects from inception to business transition.Demonstrated success in delivering Information Management or document management system projects.Experience with SAP DMS or similar platforms is advantageous.Strong project management skills, including task and resource prioritization.Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM).
