**Assistant Talent Acquisition Advisor**

**Grade 5/6,Temporary Opportunities with the view to extend**

**The Opportunities**
Service NSW currently has 2 exciting opportunities to help us continue to help find the people to help the NSW community.

**6-month opportunity - Grade 5/6**
As Service NSW continues to evolve of Service to the people of NSW, we require assistance with a project to assist us with a high-volume recruitment of specialists. In this role you will be working with a project team to place advertisements, short list, interview planning, pre-employment checks and offers.

**12-month opportunity - Grade 5/6**

We're turning the process on its head and taking an entirely new approach in talent attraction and management to ensure the team can meet both current and future workforce capacity needs.

**About you**
To succeed as an Assistant Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will ideally:

- Have working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements (preferred)
- Have knowledge of the Government Sector Employment Act (preferred)
- Be passionate about bringing innovative recruitment experiences to all stakeholders

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at 87,493 base plus superannuation
