September 2025).
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Production Labourer to join our manufacturing team.
This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of agricultural products that support Australian growers.Key Responsibilities:Operate automated packaging lines and various plant equipment.Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and thoroughly.Support quality control processes for end-use products and packaging.Monitor safe work practices and assist in promoting a safety-first culture.Wrap, strap, and stage stock on pallets for correct loading and dispatch.Label and cap drums used in production.Fill products into designated pack sizes using appropriate machinery.Conduct stock counts and complete associated paperwork as required.Assist with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including cleaning and line clearances.Perform other reasonable duties to support the success of the production facility.Operate forklifts and walkie stackers to move and stage stock for production and warehousing.About You:Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (agricultural or chemical industry preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Forklift license (essential).
