The Opportunity
As a key part of our site crew, you'll report to the Site Supervisor and help bring major civil works to life. You'll be hands-on, outdoors, and right in the action. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Manual labour and hands-on site work
  • Working alongside Pipelayer crews
  • Supporting plant and machinery teams
  • Following safe work practices and supervisor instructions
  • Helping keep sites productive, efficient, and safe
What You Bring
We're after solid workers with a great attitude and a genuine team spirit. To be considered, you'll need:
  • Previous experience in civil labouring (subdivisions a bonus)
  • A currentdriver's licenceandreliable transport
  • A validWhite Card
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A safety-first mindset and the ability to work under pressure
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work across multiple sites
