In this role, you will report directly report to Head of Open Banking within Wealth and Personal Banking and working with Senior Product Manager to effectively manage HSBC's Open Banking solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing support for end to end product management / lifecycle of the Open Banking solution
- Support Open Banking project activities including testing the solution for project releases, incident investigation and regression testing
- Ensure documentation of processes, global policies and procedures are in place and maintained. This includes the mapping of business processes with the appropriate controls and obligations
- Maintain and uplift Open Banking collateral including; communications, training material, website content and FAQs.
- Support staff and customer enquiries regarding Open Banking including verifying and managing incidents or complaints to resolution.
- Support the Product team in maintaining Product Reference Data for retail products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2-3 years' work experience in financial services.
- Experience in product or project management will be highly regarded
- Proven stakeholder-facing experience, ideally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in Open Banking is not essential but will be highly regarded.
