**About the Opportunity**
A great opportunity has become available for a **Laminator Operator** to join our supportive production team at Detmold Cartons in a **permanent full-time** position.
This is a **hands on** role in a fast paced environment that requires the safe and efficient operation of our **single face laminator** whilst achieving maximum quality throughout the job process.
Our operators are responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality / safety standards and processes, and ensuring daily production targets are met.
**About You**
To be considered for this position, we require you to have:

- A **safety first mindset** with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace.
- Experience producing **high end consumer packaging for the FMCG industry** (preferably with cartons).
- Experience on a **single facer corrugating machine in Litho/Flexo** (desirable but not essential).
- Sound computer skills with ability to record operational data accurately.
- Strong* mechanical aptitude* and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with integrity and be a reliable team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and a **customer focused** mindset.
- **Flexibility and willingness**_ _**to work across day, afternoon and night shift, with weekend overtime.**:
