Manufacturing Opportunity

A challenging role has become available for an experienced Laminator Operator to join a dynamic production team in a permanent full-time position.

This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced environment that requires the safe and efficient operation of a single face laminator while achieving maximum quality throughout the process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively and accurately setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining equipment per job specifications, performing minor troubleshooting as required, contributing to quality/safety standards and processes, and ensuring daily production targets are met.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a single face laminator to produce high-end consumer packaging.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Accurately set up and operate equipment, following standard operating procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
