**We are looking for staff who are interested in gaining experience in logistics and transport to progress to a management position within our new Broadmeadows Call Centre?**

Allied Express is looking for a new member to join our thriving specialised logistics business team

You will work towards becoming the Call Centre Manager or 2IC to Call Centre Manager of our Broadmeadows of our customer service department.

Experience within transport or logistics will be desirable but not essential.

**You will be trained in the following to assist in reaching the ultimate goal of VIC Call Centre Manager or 2IC to Call Centre Manager**:

- Managing a Set Run Channel
- Customer Service Administration
- Bookings and Customer Service
- Pricing for major clients
- Assisting with Driver Training Administration
- Same Day and Overnight transport solutions

**About you**:
