Jane and Arthur in Surry Hills are looking for a supervisor to join our team

**THE VENUES**

Jane is a neighbourhood bar and restaurant in Surry Hills serving only Australian ingredients, we push the boundaries and showcase how amazing what we have right on our door-step really is.

With a small team we all work together to elevate the guests' experience, and have time for some fun during service too.

Arthur offers a more elevated dining experience, again using Australian ingredients but showcasing them through a degustation menu.

Both venues have a strong focus on guest experience and providing a positive environment to let our staff thrive.

**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a supervisor to join the team, this is a casual role offering 30-38 hours per week over both venues.

The responsibilities of the position include:

- support our managers and assist in leading and developing a strong and well-established FOH team
- Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring that the level of customer service is consistently in line with our standards.
- Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
- Maintain an exceptional level of service.
- Have a confident level of knowledge in wines/spirits/cocktails and contribute and elevate the development of our beverage offering.
- Assisting the managers with opening and closing the restaurants
- Provide feedback to the managers regarding rostering requirements, staff issues, customer feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop staff
- Sound level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
