Requirements
A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in a human resources partnering role with significant experience in industrial matters.
Demonstrated skills in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment.
Proven organisational skills and ability to take on multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work collaboratively with others.
Knowledge of the community services sector is highly valued.
