Maxima, in partnership with Adeona Coorparoo, are looking for a caring individual to kickstart their early childhood career with a full-time traineeship.

Adeona Coorparoo is a state-of-the-art childcare centre located just outside of the Brisbane CBD. Adeona promote that with happy staff they have happy children, which in turn ensures that families receive high-quality care for their children, making them happy also. With five different rooms to accommodate various age groups, there is a space for all children to explore and engage whilst learning.

This traineeship opportunity will see you working across 2-years, gaining industry experience by providing quality care, education, and support to children, whilst receiving paid study to achieve a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.**

**Duties Include**:

- Participate in the preparation and implementation of programs for children and groups relative to curriculum and developmental abilities
- Complete observation and progress records
- Assist the team to create a stimulating and encouraging environment
- Liaise with families on a day-to-day basis
- Shadow experienced staff in providing individualised support to children
- Assist to provide feedback with care and empathy

**About You**:

- Passion for children
- Desire to make a difference and support children's lives
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of groups including children, families etc.
- Thrive working under pressure
- Strong ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Great organisational skills

**Role Requirements**:

- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
