- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical roles.
- Delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Proactively sourcing talent and building diverse pipelines.
- Championing Canva's employer brand and story in the market.
- Using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- You have experience running technology recruitment processes end-to-end.
- You have proven experience proactively sourcing top talent, leveraging multiple channels, and building diverse, high-quality pipelines to meet evolving hiring needs.
- You're passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance quality with speed.
- You're curious, resourceful, and motivated by impact.
- You care deeply about data and solving complex hiring challenges.
You'll join the Technology Talent Acquisition Team, part of the People supergroup, whose mission is connecting talent with Canva's magic globally to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our big goals. We partner with the Technology Organisation to design fair, inclusive, and innovative hiring practices that bring exceptional talent into Canva.
