Role and responsibilities
Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of the ATTE programs.
Coordination and support of project meetings including agendas, minutes, and action items, the organisation of resources, and other ad hoc requirements.
Organise, review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems.
Coordinate and maintain activities and artefacts such as risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, reporting, and continuous process improvement activities.
Preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, estimates at completion packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
The person
2 years relevant experience in a similar coordination / administration role within a project-driven, technology-oriented environment
Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in tracking and managing documentation and project cost and scope management.
High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively, efficiently and simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.
Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable.
