**Postition Purpose**:
The Retail Inventory Coordinator is vital for managing inventory flow across online and brick-and-mortar stores. This role optimizes stock levels, boosts sales performance, and enhances customer satisfaction by collaborating with Store Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Management. The coordinator oversees the entire product lifecycle, from initial planning to sell-through, ensuring the right products are available at the right locations and in the right quantities.

**Essential**
- 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control or Allocations, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of inventory planning and allocation systems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite, with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal right to work without restrictions.
- Valid driver's license.

**Desirable**:
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain).

**Position Overview**:

- Develop and implement weekly inventory allocation plans tailored to the specific needs of each store division.
- Regularly analyse sales trends to forecast and adjust inventory plans, ensuring accurate stock levels across all locations.
- Strategically balance inventory across all gym locations to minimize out-of-stocks and optimize product availability at the size and colour level.
- Maximize sales performance by meeting inventory objectives, improving stock turnover, and increasing gross margin.
- Maintain regular communication with stores regarding inventory challenges and escalate issues to merchandisers for evaluation and resolution
