Operations Executive Opportunity

A challenging role has emerged for a highly skilled individual to manage the operational aspects of a retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operational support to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the receipt of incoming merchandise, including liaison with logistics partners
  • Support Client Services: Cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, taking in jewelry repairs, and providing after-sales care
  • Inventory management: Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, including stock control, cycle count accuracy, shrinkage, and ensuring appropriate assortment and model stock levels
  • Collaborate with Store Management to ensure all processes and systems support required service standards
  • Partner with National Operations Manager regarding onsite facilities operations and WHS compliance

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in retail stock management/inventory control
  • Strong analytical skills needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours as necessary, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
