**The Site**

Victoria Health Club is a new state of the art facility located in St. Kilda, creating a place of results and belonging for anyone that steps in the doors.

The facilities and services include high performance gymnasium, personal training, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool, recovery pool, recovery equipment and learn to swim lessons.

The centres wholistic approach to health and wellbeing is evident in the high level of engagement and interaction, customer experience, access and inclusion along with the evidence-based services provided in centre.

**The Role**

Victoria Health Club is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Reformer Pilates Instructors to work within a great team and with a minimum of Reformer Pilates qualification.

This position requires the ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants of a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a vital and valuable member of the team.

**About you**

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Reformer Pilates Instructors to come and join our fantastic team. If you are a passionate health and fitness enthusiast, then we want to hear from you.

Skills & Attributes:

- ** Reformer qualification required**:

- A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- National Police Check upon onboarding
- Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded
