**In this role you will make an impact by**:

- Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and business ambitions across the regions.
- Collaborating with local sales management and global, regional, and local marketing teams to enhance brand presence, support new product launches, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Enhance brand visibility through digital and print media campaigns.
- Lead local advertising, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
- Adapt and execute global marketing initiatives to fit Oceania's market dynamics.
- Provide market intelligence, mapping, and insights to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support new product development (NPD) launches and commercialization efforts in the region.
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through events, trade shows, and thought leadership.
- Organize and execute customer engagement activities, including leading workshops and innovation days.

**To succeed you must hold**:

- Tertiary qualified marketing professional with 5-8 years' experience in the food & beverage or dairy industry in marketing, R&D, business development or B2B marketing.
- A master's or bachelor's degree in business with a Marketing Major, or other post-grad Business qualification will be highly regarded.
- Creative problem solving and demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to engage internal and external stakeholders and work in a global network.
- Customer-centric mindset, to understand and meet customer needs.
- Ability to generate and use market insights to inform decisions.
