Job Role:

Global Solution Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Solution Integration Specialist to support our customers through the implementation of our MPMS suite of products. This role is part of our processor migration program, managing APAC customers and issuers through the migration journey.

  • Manage overall project effort for customer implementation, including consultancy, customer readiness planning, project management, customized testing, and go-to market approaches.
  • Partner with regional product owners to ensure market readiness of new features.
  • Lead as the primary interface between the customer and stakeholders during technical implementations.
  • Deliver a customer delivery governance model ensuring effective reporting of all projects at the overall program level.
  • Collaborate with functionally and geographically diverse teams who support customer projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Superior client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information to different audiences.
  • Ability to integrate and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Extensive project management, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, assess, simplify, and articulate complex business and technical challenges/solutions.
