As a shared resource within the JLL business, the HSE Program Manager role is two-fold:
1. Support the Infrastructure Advisory team of the Capital Markets business with HSE compliance activities, including:

- facilitating risk workshops and risk reviews of projects
- undertaking audits and assurance activities from time to time
- travelling to sites as required
- designing and delivering training programs
- reporting on compliance and safety performance standards
- maintaining statutory compliance of operational processes and systems
- monitoring and continuously improving the management system

**2. Developing the HSE as a Service offering, including**:

- Actively seeking and pursuing opportunities within the boundaries of the defined WHS Compliance Services
- Delivering the services in accordance with the approved scope and budget
- Monitoring and managing profitability
- Developing and updating business development paraphernalia
- Project management of HSE as a Service opportunities, including oversight of service delivery by WHS Consultants
- Developing relationships with the JLL business and sector leads in the pursuit of opportunities for HSE Services
- Tracking and reporting on the profitability of the HSE as a Service business.
