**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Drive Membership Sales**: Engage with potential members and showcase the incredible benefits of our club to exceed sales targets.
- ** Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong connections with members, ensuring a positive experience that leads to retention.
- ** Conduct Tours**: Provide informative and energetic tours of our facilities, promoting membership options and services.
- ** Community Outreach**: Confidently engage in outreach activities to connect with potential members and promote the club.
- ** Innovative Ideas**: Bring creative ideas to enhance member recruitment and engagement strategies.
- ** Social Media Savvy**: Utilize social media effectively to attract new members and promote club initiatives.
- ** Collaborate and Conquer**: Work closely with our team to implement strategies that meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- ** Adapt and Excel**: Focus on the task at hand while seamlessly adjusting to the fast-paced environment of our club.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A **minimum of 2 years of sales experience**—preferably in the health and fitness industry but not essential.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs with a strong focus on results.
- A love for the thrill of sales and reaching targets while always respecting our core values—to help women shine.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of people.
- A true team player who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and can think on their feet.
- A passion for women's health and fitness, with a desire to make a difference in our members' journeys.
