About the role

Fernwood Womens Health Clubs in Epping/Preston VIC is seeking an experienced Membership Consultant/Fitness Coach to join our team on a casual basis. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our members on their health and fitness journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all members and prospective members
  • Conducting tours of our state-of-the-art facilities and explaining our range of services
  • Growing membership sales and supporting existing members
  • Delivering tailored fitness assessments and program design to help members achieve their goals
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and creating a positive club environment
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • A fitness or personal training qualification (Certificate III/IV in Fitness)
  • Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role within the fitness industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Flexible and adaptable to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A friendly, positive and energetic personality
