Are you an experienced Project Officer, highly organised and methodical, looking for a role with a difference? Would you like to move into the movie, video and sound industry? This is an exciting role for someone with demonstrated experience in project management and has the ability to self-start.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Manage the full end-to-end process for all new release titles, from initial research and briefing stages, to pitching products to retailers.
- Manage the restoration process for all titles, including coordinating physical materials, managing budgets, and directing quality control.
- Organise project schedules, run meetings, liaise with external and internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and present/report information.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the production of new releases.
- Secure senior management sign-off of production documentation, such as costings/budgets, authoring plans, and POs.

**Inventory/Stock Management**
- Complete submissions to retailers and manage order quantities.
- Provide markdown assessments based on stock movement and sell-through rate.
- Assess current SOH and provide a view on stock re-orders.

**Administration**
- Data entry into internal systems for items related to production.

**Experience**:

- 3-5+ years experience in project/product management and operations.
- Very organised and prepared.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and direct stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Ability to report information to management
- Autonomous and self-sufficient

The library boasts the largest collection of celebrated Australian films & TV shows in the country - one of the most dynamic selections of genre, foreign language, art house films, and TV shows produced.

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kew VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
