Costa's Citrus operations in Riverland, South Australia, are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as **Casual Harvest Quality Control Officers** for our citrus harvest.

We have opportunities available on multiple sites in the heart of South Australia's Riverland, in some of the region's most iconic horticultural towns — including Loxton, Renmark, Lyrup and Murtho.

This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail, and are keen to contribute to one of Australia's largest citrus operations.

**About the Role**

As a Quality Control Officer, you'll be responsible for:

- Conducting quality and safety checks on our harvest picking crews
- Recording assessments electronically using the Packr App
- Reporting any issues to supervisors to ensure high harvest standards
- Working closely with the Harvest Supervisor to uphold food safety and quality expectations

You'll be outdoors most of the day and will typically assess multiple crews (20-30 pickers), ensuring fruit is picked to spec and safety protocols are followed. Training is provided, and support is available from our Harvest Supervisors and Farm Managers.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Good attention to detail and observation skills
- Clear communication and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and variable hours
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to consistent work during the harvest period
- Previous citrus harvest or other horticultural experience is a bonus — but not essential

**Applicants must** have a**Driver's licence and their**own transport to and from the farm.**
