**Job Description**: Conduct quality and safety checks on harvest picking crews, record assessments electronically, and report any issues to supervisors.

This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail.

As a Quality Control Officer, you will be responsible for assessing multiple crews and ensuring fruit is picked to spec and safety protocols are followed.

You will work most of the day outdoors, conducting quality and safety checks, recording assessments, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

**Key Requirements**: You must have good attention to detail, clear communication skills, ability to work in various outdoor conditions, punctual, reliable, and able to commit to consistent work during the harvest period.

A driver's licence and own transport to and from the farm are required.

**Benefits**: Paid training is provided, and support is available from Harvest Supervisors and Farm Managers.

Casual role with immediate start, PPE & Uniform provided, opportunities to move into general farm hand roles, and work across various locations and conditions.
