**Essendon Jaguar Land Rover is currently seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team in Essendon Fields at our State of the Art dealership.**

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will help to contribute to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the Dealership.

**About the role**:

- Ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Assist Parts Interpreters in answering calls and serving internal and front counter customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Interpreting requests for parts
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

**Do you have?**
- Experience within a parts department
- Ability to manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of successfully meeting budget
