About the role:
This is a full time, permanent position in the Heidelberg store and is available for an immediate start as an Assistant Manager at Burson you will possess the following:
Skills and experience
Experience in Automotive Aftermarket Sales
Work well within a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Well presented.
Exceptional customer service skills
Management Experience
Roles and responsibilities
Selling automotive aftermarket parts to Retail and Trade customers
Customer service with a strong emphasis on keeping existing and attracting new clients.

Maintaining store standards.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Supporting the store Manager
Leading the team
