As a Platform Clients Account Manager you will be one of the primary contacts for Perpetual Asset Management Australia's Platform and Master Trust clients, providing end-to-end account management services. You will have the opportunity to build effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, client custodians and Perpetual's vendors to support Platform clients and assist with the management of their accounts. As a member of the Client Services team, you will also work closely with the Sales team, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting and Unit Registry.

- Deliver an outstanding end-to-end client management experience for Platform and Master Trust clients, from supporting the initial due diligence process, review of Agreements and amendments, on-boarding, and providing ongoing servicing- Prepare monthly, quarterly and bespoke reporting for existing clients and ensure service level agreements are met- Oversee and co-ordinate questionnaires for addition of funds onto Platforms- Prioritise and resolve client issues in a timely manner- Prepare and review client rebate agreements and ensure they are correctly established- Provide rebate instructions to the Finance division, review calculations and track all manual quarterly rebates for Platforms and their underlying clients- Review and co-ordinate approval of client PDS documents and marketing materials to ensure that Perpetual's information is published correctly- Prepare client communications for Fund events (e.g. PDS changes, regulatory notices)- Co-ordinate the collection, preparation and distribution of FUM and flow reporting from Platforms- Distribute monthly, quarterly and yearly statements to Platform clients- Assist clients' auditors with annual compliance requirements- Maintain client files and records- Support Sales team initiatives and the sales process- Manage internal relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Tertiary education preferred in Economics, Commerce or Finance- 5+ years financial services experience- Platform Client Services experience preferred- Demonstrate a passion for client services, be a team player with a proactive attitude and client first mind-set- Proven experience servicing Platform and Master Trust Clients- Experience in the financial services and strong knowledge of unit trusts- Registry, operational and back-office knowledge and experience- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong team player with proven ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues.
