Role
Client-lead for a big bank –
We're looking for a confident client lead who can front the relationship with a key priority client. You'll chair weekly meetings to maintain a tight relationship, and deep understanding of their strategic priorities.
Quantitative research
– Dig in to syndicated and customised consumer survey data sets to generate insights that meet the strategic priorities.
Report and present
– Bring the data to life with strategic reports, presentations and dashboards that illuminate findings and provide direction to complex business questions.
Manage junior Analysts
– Build up your people management skills taking responsibility for junior analysts and overseeing the development of their technical research skills.
Build your FS research skills
- Build your pedigree as an expert across categories banking, insurance, wealth, credit, and superannuation.
Ideal profile / Qualifications
We're looking for an ambitious, smart, and dedicated consultant with both strong technical research skills and impeccable client servicing skills to champion a really important relationship.
C3/4 + years' experience in agency or clientside market research
A natural confidence dealing with stakeholders and building rapport with people
Ideally knowledge of Financial Services but not essential if you're keen to learn
Experience conducting quantitative analysis using Q, SPSS or Excel.
A confident presenter able to think critically about data and deliver commercial thinking
