Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Organising and attending community and stakeholder engagement eventsLiaising with landowners for property access, including door-knockingPreparing communications materials and managing public notificationsKeeping stakeholders informed about upcoming works and activitiesMaintaining stakeholder databases and tracking tools (e.g., EOI spreadsheets)Responding to enquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and empathyYou'll be part of a collaborative, experienced team, working closely with both internal teams and the client.
Some travel will be required.What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Proven experience in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environmentExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHands-on experience in community engagement, ideally within telecommunications or infrastructureConfidence working in politically or socially sensitive settingsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, solutions-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)A valid Class C Driver's LicenceWillingness to travel as neededAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
