**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Junior Pharmacy Assistant to deliver exceptional customer care and support the community's health and wellbeing.

**Role Overview:**

As a Junior Pharmacy Assistant, you will provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products. You will assist customers with prescription submissions to pharmacists, operate the point of sale, manage cash handling, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming. You will also promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products
  • Assist customers with prescription submissions to pharmacists
  • Operate the point of sale
  • Manage cash handling
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly and engaging personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional presentation and customer-first attitude. Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is preferred but not essential. Availability to work weekends and school holidays is also required.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV)
  • Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems
