With a strong pipeline of projects in the Hunter region, we are seeking a skilled **Concrete Supervisor** to lead our concrete remediation and protective coating specialists.

**About You**

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader in the remedial and coating sectors. You thrive in complex and technical concrete remediation projects and have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Your leadership style fosters collaboration, and you take pride in mentoring your team while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

**What You Need**
- Proven experience supervising technical concrete remediation projects (e.g., reservoirs, bridges, wharves, treatment plants)
- Expertise in resurfacing concrete (epoxy rendering advantageous)
- Experience in UHP blasting or abrasive blasting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel when required (Drive-In, Drive-Out arrangements available)
- Own reliable transport
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Adaptability and reliability to meet project needs
