Intermediate & Senior Business Services & Tax Accountants1-5+ years' of Public Practice accounting experience in AustraliaCA or CPA-qualified/pending$70,000 to $95,000 +SGC**Commensurate with experienceOur Client is a well-respected and reputable 2 x Director firm.
You will be responsible for delivering a full range of accounting and business advisory services to a wide range of clients and sectors.Located in the CBD-fringe, the firm is cloud-focused, will support CA/CPA, and provides regular internal/external training/mentoring along with ongoing social events.This is a high-end intermediate or senior role, which includes producing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships; via large groups, SMEs and individuals, along with client and agency liaison.DUTIES:Prepare financial statements & ITRs for individuals, partnerships, companies, trustsPrepare and review complex tax returns for mainly SMEs and/or HNWIsPrepare BAS, and IAS for clientsProvide complex tax advice to clientsDealing with CGT, Div7a, UPE, GST, SBTC, FTE/IEE, and FBTAssist with ad-hoc projects as required and audit assistance to clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with clientsComply with professional standards and relevant legislationProvide technical advice to clients, whilst managing a portfolio of clientsEnsure the accuracy and integrity of the data, with all deadlines metSupport junior staff members with their work papers and mentorshipKeep up to date with taxation laws and changes, and partake in trainingImplement sound administrative and organisational processesExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalProficient with MYOB AE/AR & XEROApply with your CV right now
