Staff: 2 positions available, 2 days / week working in a teamDays: Tuesday and FridayHours: 8hrs / dayStart Time: 8am (includes lunch break)Employee or ContractorMust have: Good attention to detailExperienced when dealing with fabrics, fixtures and fittings, knowing how to take care of them or open to learning.The Housekeepers will be working with our Building Manager and chef, and in charge of the internals of the house.
The position will include such duties as:Changing of beds weeklyChanging of towelsCleaning of bathroomsVacuuming and moppingDustingCleaning all kitchen surfaces, appliances, glassware and organising drawers / shelvesFollow procedures in the kitchen for the Gluten and Gluten Free areasSupport the chef with any queries they have and guide them on how to look after their space at the end of each shiftIroningOrganisation of linen and manage re-stocking when necessaryOutdoor furniture preparation every Friday for the weekendDeep clean of draws, shelves, wardrobes and fixtures and fittings etc. on monthly/bi-annual/annual rotationAssisting with any event preparationsReporting any maintenance issues to the Building ManagerReceiving any deliveriesManaging re-stocking listsThe position will include some training from a senior Housekeeper, particularly on the care of specialized materials and fabrics
