DLA Piper's Corporate practice is growing, and we are looking for a high performing Solicitor (ideally with 2–4-year experience), to join our team based in Sydney. Your role will involve working on a broad range cross border and domestic public and private company M&A matters, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Partners Adrian Tan and Chris Allen and be part of a team ranked #1 for global M&A by deal count for 15 years, supporting the world's leading companies. We work with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.
