Experience working in a customer-centric online or call centre environment, with proven exposure to inbound and outbound activity Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their Pillow Talk experience Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities Great listener and problem-solving skills Articulate communication, who applies positive and influential language and tone to all their communication A great team player, who will anticipate the broader needs of the team and willingly step up to support Why we think you should consider joining the Pillow Talk Tribe
