This is a full-time job opportunity for a dynamic client advisor to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and building community connections. If you have experience in home care, a knack for finding creative ways to connect with new clients, and a passion for making a difference, we want you to apply for this role

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for driving lead generation and client acquisition through innovative outreach, creative networking, and tapping into existing community relationships.
  • Client Onboarding: You will help clients feel confident in their aged care journey by guiding them through the process with ease and ensuring they understand their options.
  • Community Engagement: As a Client Advisor, you will build profile and represent the organization within the community, attending and presenting at events, building partnerships, and raising awareness of our services across the region.
  • Customer Care: You will maintain ongoing communication with new clients to ensure they feel supported throughout their aged care journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Home Care Expertise: You must have experience working in home care and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Client Acquisition Skills: You must have a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and growing your customer base.
  • Creative Thinking: You must be able to think outside the box and try new approaches to get the job done.
  • Relationship Building: You must be able to quickly build trust and rapport with people, whether it's referrers, clients, families, or other community members.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: You must be able to manage multiple leads, clients, and ongoing projects while staying organised and on top of deadlines.
  • Alignment with Organisation Values: You must resonate with organisation values of empowerment, integrity, kindness, and innovation and bring these values to your work every day.
