About The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Team Lead, on Western Australia's iconic tourist destination, Rottnest Island.
In this position, you'll work side-by-side with our housekeeping staff, supporting daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.

Your key responsibilities will include: Lead and support the housekeeping team during daily operations Coordinate room allocations and workflow in the field Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards Conduct spot checks and report maintenance issues Take pride in turn over rooms, refreshing common areas, spotting and paying attention to the little details that make a big impact.

You're confident in making decisions in a fast-paced environment and enjoy motivating those around you.
