About the Role

  • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Conduct daily room inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve staff performance.
  • Manage payroll and records accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain workplace safety and adhere to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with positive guest interaction. They must be able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, possess full Australian working rights, and have excellent grooming and presentation.
