**How will I help?**

Mortgage Pricing is entering an exciting new phase driven by analytics and automation. We are innovating to drive real change and optimise a critical lever in the Group's strategy. In this team, you will be at the forefront of decision making, seeing immediate results and impact. You will be part of a high performing team building a great customer experience to support our lenders and brokers.
- Collaborate across teams to provide executive reporting on pricing performance and risks
- Enhance pricing operational and decisioning capabilities through the automation and optimisation of
- Extract insights from various data sources and leverage advanced analytics to inform pricing strategy
- Build on pricing analytics functionality to support returns, revenue, and growth objectives, including end to end management of the data pipeline across multiple data assets assets

**What do I need?**
- Experience using analytics, automation, and/or data science to achieve commercial outcomes
- Strong SQL skills in querying, analysing, and manipulating data
- Data analytics/programming languages such as Python
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
- Building dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau highly regarded
- Mortgages experience preferred but not required.
