The full time Team Leader role will see you working closely with our team, where the moto is love what you do and deliver exceptional customer experience every time

The Baulkham Hills Sports Club is part of the Bankstown Sports Club group, which is a leading and innovative registered club and a proud supporter of the local sporting, general and wider community.

**The role you could play**:
As a Team Leader you will work collaboratively with the Management Team to provide quality customer service to patrons and lead and coach our team to deliver exception customer experience every time

**In this role you will**:

- Oversee service standards as per the club standards
- Lead a small and dedicated team
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
