**Key experience, skills and attributes**:
- 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives (SVP level and above), ideally in a multinational environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and tools like Concur, Zoom, and Teams.
- Exceptional communication skills—confident, clear, and adaptable across cultures and seniority levels.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, maintain discretion, and navigate sensitive situations.
- Strong organisational instincts with the ability to prioritise and pivot in a fast-moving environment.
- A calm, resilient, and professional presence with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
**Benefits of the Role**:
This position offers a compelling blend of strategic influence, global exposure, and personal wellbeing. As part of this opportunity, you will enjoy:
- A strategic partnership role within a newly established leadership team, working closely with the APAC President and Chief of Staff
- Direct engagement with the Global Executive Team, offering exceptional visibility and influence at the highest levels
- Opportunities to travel across the Asia Pacific region for key leadership meetings, events, and offsites
- A competitive remuneration package, including company shares, annual performance bonus, and a healthcare allowance or BUPA Private Health cover
- Access to on-site facilities such as a fully equipped gym and EV charging stations
- A comprehensive suite of wellness, financial, and employee benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth
