**THE ROLE**:
This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Call Centre Manager to join this established and ever-growing business.

Job reponsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and coaching the call centre team to achieve results.
- Provide a high level of assistance to the existing Head of Sales and act as a 2IC, implementing strategies and monitoring KPI's and performance.
- Script and objection handling
- Lead management utilising CRM
- Conduct individual and group training sessions, including onboarding
- Provide a high level of service to customers and lead by example

**YOU WILL HAVE**:
To be successful in this position, you must be well presented, nurturing, supportive, trustworthy and likeable, with excellent communication skills and phone manner.

You will be working closely with the current Head of Sales, to lead the contact centre team to success, so proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing staff will be required. Additionally, you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to self lead, problem solve and make decisions.
