Queensland Tissue Bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Business Operations and Development.Your New RoleWe are looking for a dynamic leader to join the Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) as the Assistant Director, Business Operations and Development.
This senior role involves shaping and driving the non-clinical operations that support QTB's service delivery and growth.Lead and manage QTB's business operations, including administration, finance, HR, business development, research, and product development.Oversee staff, budgets, and resources to achieve strategic and operational goals.Provide expert advice and consultancy on business issues, projects, and partnerships.Represent QTB at national forums, build networks, and promote service growth.About YouYou are a strategic, people-focused leader who thrives in complex environments and can balance operational priorities with service innovation.
