About the role Reporting to the VIC Maintenance Manager and based at GrainCorp's Portland office; the Maintenance Planner is responsible for:Working with production to develop and maintain the maintenance schedule for Portland terminal operationsPlanning materials, resources, equipment and contractors for planned preventative and shutdown maintenance worksConsulting with operations supervisors / leaders on preventative maintenance activities and equipment servicingPartnering with the Maintenance Supervisor to schedule manpower and resources effectivelyDevelop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance workMaintaining up-keep and accuracy of technical information and equipment maintenance historyContinually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems About your experience Our ideal candidate has experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within any industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, prioritisation and planning skills are a must in this position.
