**About the facility**

Youang Surgery Centre Level 2 (YSC2) is a 20 bed unit which caters for surgical patients who need to remain in hospital for up to 72 hours. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team who are committed to ensuring a comfortable patient journey.

**About the role**

In this role you will provide high quality care and services to patients within the Youang Surgery Centre as a part of the Patient Services Assistant (PSA) team. You will be able to demonstrate a team focused approach to patient flow and other duties as required. Our team's focus is to achieve the best possible customer service outcome for all patients and other Departments within the organisation.

Desirable (not essential) criteria includes experience in the health care sector, ability to work with mínimal supervision, excellent communication skills and knowledge of the Barwon Health "Smart moves" and Movait policies.
